For the past year several members of the core StartUP Sault team have been meeting twice a month for coffee, and mentoring each other by acting like a sounding board and providing advice on each other’s businesses. The results have been amazing!

Not only have these members of the Startup Cafe grown their businesses and built stronger friendships, but the simple fact of knowing some “had their back” has helped to reduce stress, while increasing success!

The program has been so successful that with financial assistance from the Community Development Corporation of Sault Ste. Marie & Area, StartUP Sault is ready to roll the program out to all members! That’s right, all Silver, Gold and Platinum members will now have access to the program free of charge!

We are launching the program with a group of up to 15 entrepreneurs meeting monthly to talk about their business and get advice from other members. We will eventually offer members the chance to form their own 3-4 member mentoring groups as well.

StartUP Sault will help place members in their own mentoring groups, based on member goals, skills and experience.
